This Youth Voice Advocate Facilitator Handbook is the companion to the YVA Tool Kit. It is a compendium of School Reform Initiative facilitation protocols and other facilitator training materials to support the work of YATST teams. While the Tool Kit focuses on specific activities that open the door to school transformation, this Facilitator Handbook is a reference for the facilitation process itself, which can be generalized to many different settings.
