This Facilitator Handbook is a compendium of School Reform Initiative facilitation protocols and other facilitator training materials to support the work of YATST teams. It is given to participants of the annual two day fall training.  These trained participants then help their school-based teams make informed decisions about meeting agenda design, to assure quality dialogue.
