The "Youth and Adults Transforming Schools Together" Advisory Board was formed in the spring of 2010 to provide guidance and direction for this initiative.  Board membership is diverse, including....

• youth, teachers and principals from YATST schools
• the founder of the National School Reform Initiative
• the creator of a well known web site showcasing "What Kids Can Do", publicist and life-long youth-voice advocate
• the author of three well known books on school change and student empowerment
• founder of the Vermont Rural Partnership, Rural School & Community Trust faculty & international educational consultant
• Vermont Department of Education staff liason
• Executive Director of the Rowland Foundation, funding teacher leader development
